I strive for a naturalistic and unobtrusive style; aiming to capture even the most intimate moments of your special day as they would naturally unfold. Taking an artistic approach to my work, I highlights both the detailed elements of your day as well as the candid moments you'll cherish forever. Ultimately, my goal is to craft vibrant, beautiful, and artistic images that encapsulate the essence of who you are and will help tell the story of your day for years to come.
"We had the pleasure of having Cheryl take our wedding photos and it was one of the best decisions we made. We were amazed with the quality of the pictures. They looked like they were straight out of a bridal magazine. We are still receiving compliments on them. Cheryl was professional, creative, and receptive to our requests. She asked us what we wanted and delivered just that. During the planning process, she was exceptional with her communication and felt like we knew her by the time our day was over. Her dedication and passion was evident throughout the whole process and she was very creative in climbing, crouching and laying on the ground, and even obtaining shots from the winter-like climate. We were so pleased to receive a sneak peak within a couple days and the entire catalog of pictures within a month. The photographs speak to the incredible talent she has for the creative arts."

“I was customer of Cheryl's photography services for one of the most important days of my life - my wedding! I have had the opportunity to observe and can accurately comment as to the opinion that Cheryl is the consummate professional. She is punctual, thorough, and detail-oriented. She remains calm even in the most challenging of situations. As a customer, this was valued even more as she was a steadfast source of composure and professionalism during what could have been a very hectic day and was collaborative in bringing my vision to reality. Cheryl’s attention to detail is unmatched and the way in which she captures the world through her creative lens is unparalleled. I acknowledge that, as a bride, I can recognize my own bias in my opinions of Cheryl’s creative work on my wedding; however, others who don’t know her personally and professionally have provided overwhelming feedback on the quality, emotion, and meaning she captured in her photographs of such an important event.”

My passion for photography and my creative interests are what inspired me to pursue a career in professional photography. As a native of Connecticut and a graduate of the University of Connecticut, I began to take classes in photography and graphic design at the Paier College of Art.
In the fall of 2005, I enrolled in the Hallmark Institute of Photography to further my photographic training. Upon graduating in the summer of 2006, I relocated to Atlanta, GA and worked for Professional Photographer Magazine/PPA (Professional Photographers of America) for 11 years. In addition to publishing several photographic reviews in Professional Photographer Magazine, I've photographed weddings throughout the Northeast and Southeast for the last 12 years. I am living in Connecticut once again and continue to photograph weddings and portraits.
